What is Vivre, how does it work?

Vivre is an online shopping club for home, garden and accessories. We are searching worldwide for quality products and develop sales campaigns at very competitive prices with limited time validity. To order a product, registration is required in Vivre club.

Why do I need to register to see the products?

The system based on sales campaigns can not function otherwise but by registration. The diversity of products and our ability to negotiate the best possible prices for our customers depend on the private system. Vivre Membership means having access to a wide range of products at very competitive prices.

How to pay?

Payment can be made both online with credit card or at the delivery time to the courier. Vivre uses the online payment services of PayU.

How is the delivery made?

The delivery is made through a courier company, in the specified time period on each product`s page. Delivery time can vary from 24 hours to 4 weeks. At the moment we use the Urgent Cargus services.

How is the final price calculated?

The final price is calculated as follows: the price of the ordered products (displayed at each product ), plus shipping cost and in some cases, a fee for paying at delivery or for high volume of package and heavy goods, a handling tax.

Can I buy and receive the invoice and receipt on the company`s name ?

Yes. All you have to do is to choose "Yes" to the question "Do you want the invoice on your company`s name ?" in step 2 of the ordering process. (Top right). If you want a receipt to your company`s name, specify this to the courier that delivers your order, when paying at delivery.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Please access the address http://www.vivre.ro/user/resetPasswordand enter the email address you registered with. A new password will be generated by the system and sent to the email address specified.

How do I return a product?

Orders can be returned within maximum 30 days of their delivery. To return a product, more or an entire order, access the link Return (or click here) at the bottom of the page and follow the steps.
The value of the products selected for return will be paid into a bank account you specify on the way. The transfer of money will be made ​​AFTER Vivre receives back the goods!
The return of the products is free (transport being provided by Vivre), can be made by courier.
